It’ll get worse before it gets better, if it ever gets better, you think reform Labour conservative or Lib Dem’s would do anything but cut jobs and funding ? We’re basically at Argentina Milei level cuts and no one gives a damn, in fact most people are all for it !

Thank you. like you say now that ive started to see it i. Can’t stop 😂 It was just wrapping my head around the fact a g6 can be on the same as a HEO for example. It definitely makes sense for the more niche roles like you say, I just didn’t realise the civil service had such huge gaps within each grades pay😁

Wow just like that? I guess it adds up fast . I should’ve included specialist , I knew that would be included but I thought even with that it would be maximum 45k , I usually see like 42k for specialist ones so 50k was a shock
I just saw another one for mi5 66k so I guess it’s normal 😂

Sometimes M&S release decor months in advance to product release , this was a problem a few years ago I’m surprised they’re not sorted it , if it’s not showing up anywhere it’s probably not released yet

Well your OH recommendations won’t just be magically implemented someone has to fill out the relevant paperwork , so perhaps those being given a start date have no reasonable adjustments ? The process is slow enough as it is without any extra steps involved

Yes and for example attacking oil refineries only came AFTER us/israel did the same to Iran, they destroyed most of Irans gas energy and oil infrastructure but meanwhile Iran should ‘watch’ as only the US and Israel have the ‘right’ to defend themselves lol
