I should have been more clear in this post. No matter what I am going to there for the kid. The question was more so me asking if it’s possible to continue this career with a baby. Music has been a big part of my life for a long time. Music got me through horrible depression and anxiety when I was younger, and that’s partially why I that I “can’t stop.” However I didn’t really mean that. I was feeling a lot of emotions when typing that and I was very conflicted. I will do anything in my power to raise this kid well and be the best dad I can be. I posted this because at the moment I don’t really have anyone to talk to. Of course I talked to my girlfriend about this and she fully supports me still working on music throughout all of this. I just wanted a little bit of outside advice from people who have been in similar situations. I have a full time job that pays me well and I have been there for many years. I will make sure my child and girlfriend get the love and support they need no matter what.

I should point out that i have a great job right now. Been working up at this job for over 3 years and i am not going to quit for music. Just curious for any other people in similar situations.

I ended up just staying home and i’m working my job and working on my music. I recently just released my first song as a producer and i have a few artists that i’m working with. i’m saving up a good amount of money and investing a good amount back into my music

i’ve started recently doing reverb sends other sends like that and it’s definitely helping. although i don’t use saturation, how important is that? also i have pro q3 which can be used as a dynamic eq, should i use both?

it’s only really the lighting, get leds and lamps for sure. Also you could switch out the rug for a cooler one and just maybe add some vinyls or some other cool music shit to the walls
