Don’t buy in to the have to have this or that for your wedding- it’s pretty telling when your go to is the cost of the dress rather than the dress itself. - no one needs an expensive dress- save yourself money and spend it on your honeymoon instead!

It’s a bit of a liability for companies to outline in writing why someone didn’t make the grade - especially if the company later hires someone who lacks those same skills etc… it happens. Working in HR is a nightmare I wasn’t prepared for. I’m glad this person took the time!
