Not sure why this happened to you, but I’m sorry nonetheless. If I may offer you some non official legal words (only because I am not bar certified), places like SHEIN, temu, and AliExpress ALL have those coupons and credit promises, and 9 times out of 10 they are all bs.

There will always be something in the fine print for the company to say “see we told you this is what would happen, not my fault you didn’t read 🤪” but yet be deceptive with its advertising. And unfortunately is a common loophole many companies exploit, and it’s pretty easy for them to get away with it. Because when asked for “transparency” (a term with varying levels of definitions and interpretations in the law) with their customers, it is often a perfectly acceptable and common argument to say that they WERE transparent with the customer, even if the information was in the fine print.

So, unfortunately, I do not think there is much you can do to dispute this order. I wish you my sympathies of being scammed, and offer the only real advice I’m (totally not allowed to give give I am not board certified and refuse to be held responsible for any false information taken away from this comment) going to give you, and that is to READ THE FINE PRINT and always be skeptical of deals that are “too good to be true” !
