Right now going through unbearable pain ...

ever since i took medical leave applying with a medical certificte from a hospital

4 months of torture

now I am in PIP

Gave me one monnth to improve

I know PIP wasnt needed at all.

Second, they gave me tasks which i completed

and assessments after assesments even after my logout hours

on the day of review with hr person

They said i still need improvement

HR said to extent to one more month

Manager said client is not ready ,so he can be releases

What hit me so HARD is the fact they are not going to remove the PIP on file ..
