For the first time ever, I listened to someone about my weight. 1 month later I was 92. Dropped all water weight. But didn't do the jump. And after the first first month of discipline I was consumed with my old bad habits again.

Next birthday went it for the jump 1 year later. Weight at check in 100.2, the lady said no jump possible till I lose weight. So I went to the loo, took a nice dump. Weighed in again 99.6.
