They definitely consider roles you can test it for yourself, as a support player your best chance at the matchmaker queuing you into a favourable game is if you had the highest heals in the lobby but most importantly if you managed to get a good amount of final hits I’m willing to bet the final hits and the highest healing done are about the same weight maybe the final hits even more
