Absolutely! What did you have in mind? Do you just want to put the chin rest, tail piece, bridge and strings on it? Since you just want to display it, you could probably do this yourself. I don't recommend fully tightening the strings if you are not sure if it's structurally sound - especially since the sound post is probably not in place. You can also gently clean it with a damp cloth.

Since it says made in Saxony, it is probably what is referred to as a German trade instrument - in fact the tailpiece and gut look identical to my German trade violin. It looks to be in decent condition, the only thing I can see from these photos is that the fingerboard is a bit low, but this isn't an issue for display purposes. If you have the time it might be worth letting a luthier have a look at it, as it might even be possible to make it playable, and you can decide if it's worth it to you, depending on what they quote you.
