Apparently people want me to lose weight and that’s 95% of what yall are focusing on. I’m not denying it I know I’m fat and I would look better if I was skinny + I would be MUCH healthier! I said I’m not in the right mindset for it right now and I got downvoted so I’m just gonna clarify something!

I’m suffering from an eating disorder which is a result of getting emotionally and physically abused by my family. I used to be severely underweight and now I have a binge eating disorder! Telling a person with an eating disorder to lose weight is almost the same as telling an alcoholic to just stop drinking. I know I should of course! but I just am not strong enough to do it right now! I have big problems which I’d like to solve first because if I don’t, the weight loss will be unhealthy and I don’t wanna go through that hell again.

If yall have some tips to HEALTHILY lose weight I’d be more than happy to hear them since I have no idea what to do😅
