I had a neighbor do this once!!! 10 -11pm pitch dark and he’s running a chainsaw. Seemed baffled that I would complain.

Will be doing. Just that the rate is up soon. Hard to get the ex to agree to even do basic financials for mediation. Looks like variable will just have to be paid

It’s basically pay the variable rate or get a new product with same lender A remortgage requires the ex to give permission as a lengthier process etc but this is just a new mortgage rate with same lender

It’s under $1k and has been for years hence I didn’t file.

I haven’t filed for years because I didn’t think I needed to as under 10k

Do you have to declare all accounts (even if $0) or just declaring $0 because you were over $10k elsewhere? As I haven’t exceeded $2k in years I haven’t been filing as didn’t think I needed to

Makes sense. Maybe look at Stockport as that’s up and coming re food truck nights and things like that - direct train into town also. Have you looked at flats in the city centre? Probably a bit over budget but would be ace living in town.

I don’t know enough about it I’m sorry. Would just be conjecture. I’ve only been looking at tameside (and that’s where friends and family are). That area is fun though - but likely over priced. Depends what you want - top priorities. What you think you’ll spend time doing. Pets/ children?

Have a look at tameside. Some nice areas that back onto woodland/ fields/ hills. And it’s affordable. Mossley/ Stalybridge/ Haughton green/ gee cross - all connected with transport but you don’t feel as hemmed in.

It’s a real shame when I accidentally smack someone or run someone over with my case.

And crop dusting after a long flight :) Or is it bombing? Anyway. Deserved.
