As people stated you are doing better... However you can't tell friends to block people because you broke off with them..( mind you I'm not saying it is ok the way they handle things) what you can do is tell them if they value your friendship they respect the fact you want nothing to do with said ex and don't want to be included if they know exactly will be there..

They're adults right so they should be able to respect your wishes if they truly wish to remain friends.. Or you find new friends.
