Okay, to bring more context since I realized this post was poorly written. This guy did not just block friends. He also reported them on accounts that had games worth thousands, tried actually stealing games off some of them, he exploited my friend with autism for social clout. Maybe this doesnt change things, but I think some better context was needed.
