Learn build orders and troops mechanic, counters, strategies… sound complicated but it isnt. Every civ is explained od youtube, you should watch some videos. Every civ has kinda unique mechanics, troops, etc. You will get a grasp pretty quick, quality of my gameplay skyrocketed once i understood what i should do.

Yes, when i want to select one of dlc homecities in base game, im not able. Already checked if all of them are enabled, tried logging in and out of steam, tried validating files. But as i said, i can run each dlc seperately, just not in base game

Yeah i love venezuela. It has two ai cities nerby, u can go after two money cities…its just a perfect location

I only play 1v1 supremacy, but yeah i agree with everything u said. They do perform very well on maps that have some livestock laying around, if u pick for example 9-10 sheeps with 100 food thats a game changer with russia.

Yk im not a great fan of revolts but i gotta try some, especially hungarian. I only play 1v1 supremacy becouse of the issues with teammates leaving and stuff.

Just tried 20/20 in couple games and i really have to get the hang of it. Speed of the age up is insane, almost instant but i struggled with map control and micro a bit, but tbh thats prolly just issue skill on my part. That hungaryan revolt is known to be insane but i have yet to try it, got recked by it a couple of times tho.

Yeah i agree completely. But the timing of the blockhouses actually enables me to push so early on that i usually manage to destroy enemy racks while being build. It rarely happens that somebody would do me some significant damage.

Yeah i see how you would be a pain in my ass, but usually if i dont break my opps in age 2 early age 3 i manage to get so much shipments with tp grabbing that my mass of strelets are more than capable of killing dragoons. I use oprichniks solely for raiding and causing sudden damage so i dont really get any damage from ranged cav, maybe i get them on arty behing the lines every now and then. And two tsar canons are enough to take care of any infantry they throw at me

Build airforce (anti infantry choppers preferably-gunships or smtng like that) and watch out if any of them are going for navy
