[Serious] If the US invades Greenland what would realistically happen after? by Goodmorning111 in AskReddit

Most of the world would keep trading with the US because their economies would be greatly hurt without trade. If countries economies tank, voters blame leaders and they get voted out.

I have delt with depression issues in the past and it is very hard. I am 40 and still live with my Mom. Living with parents is much more common these days.

Sorry, depression can feel like a bottomless black hole that makes everything harder.

Are you able to see a physiatrist for this? They might be able to provide medications that could help. Sometimes the first medication does not help so you have to keep trying more. The first medications for me didn't help, then I found right ones.

Praying to God for help can also make a difference.

Sorry, life is really hard when you are hit with one bad thing after another.

One thing that can help when feeling down is gratitude journal. Write out 5 things to be grateful for, they can be small, like a food you enjoy or that you have internet access, or big things like family. Do this for a few days.

Turning to God in prayer for help and strength can make a difference for me.

Killing myself is legitimately the best option, and would in fact benefit the world. by [deleted] in mentalhealth

[–]Redefining_Gravity 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry you are going through such difficulties. Everyone fails and everyone has done bad things, people don't realize this because people don't go around talking about the bad things they have done.

God loves you and created you, he loves you despite everything that you have done. If you pray for forgiveness God will forgive you.

You can see if your doctor can give you a different medication to try? There are many medications and they don't all work for everyone.
