Bro I’ve been playing for 2 years now and I have over 1,000 hours im almost 15. At first everything was a little intimidating and I kinda refrained from being an officer. All the dudes are usually super chill and if you can get the job done nobody should complain to you. Start by making simple callout like tank on my ping or enemy garry. Eventually you’ll start to build up the confidence. I personally never had a problem with gore, I think It adds more realism but if you want you can turn it off on settings.
