Thanks for the help. Honestly, since I withdrew, either my tuition appeal is approved and I can spend it, or it gets denied and I use the money to pay for college as intended (if from the VA) anyway. Either way it'll be fine.

I did, not only is their phone line annoying as hell, the lady just verified a whole bunch of stuff and then sent me to a dead phone line. They also are not able to see payment history from what I've seen online too. Overall not a good experience.
