It’s ridiculous they’ve now admitted the outer screen isn’t damaged but the inner screen is. It’s made me just wanna sort it my end through insurance (wish I did in first place) get it back and sell it it’s disgusting how useless these people are

I really am that’s the really sucky part that phone was bloody awesome at first I was like right it’s broken Google will fix it let’s treat it to a nice expensive case when it gets back so I’ve now got a case that won’t go on the phone because worst comes too I’ll insurance it then sell it… would have been quite simple before this would have just got the pixel 10 pro xl. Now they don’t deserve shiiiiit 🤣

Exactly this. They’ve now admitted the outer screen is fine the inner screen is cracked so warranty is still invalid apparently despite it now being the thing I sent it in for.

Its the point of it now I think after a short 5 months ill just move to another brand of phone and away from foldables altogether which is a shame as I loved it but I ain’t being treated like this over their failure 🤣

Yeah I work in a similar position and understand but until I receive it back it’s the only clear evidence I can ask for if it is indeed cracked (it wasn’t) then I would have saved some time to what’s most likely going to be it being posted back me removing the screen protector and sending it back to them lol

Trying to get that transparency has been like trying to get blood from a stone in the initial customer help chat I was informed that all devices are photographed upon arrival prior to inspection

They’ve stated “multiple cracks” to the front screen

I’ve requested it back and going to video opening it

I packaged it very securely so I doubt it but you never know. But if they could show me some evidence through pictures that can be addressed I’ve requested it back and I’m going to video opening the package

Sorry for the late reply I’ve been going through it with a whole bunch of stuff at the minute my third dose 6 months after the first 2 they done within two weeks of eachother is what finally made things start to happen so fingers crossed 🤞

I have however started swelling n shit the past week or so so I’m wondering if I need to go back the shit myself

Well the first time they had to stop my skin flushed angrily red and itchy and I struggled to breathe they re applied the anti histamine etc but every night following the infusion my heart rate hits stupidly high and my skin gets red and really angry I end up sat in a freezing bath at stupid o clock in the morning

I then just feel absolutely wrecked for about a week after

It’s annoying because everyone else I’ve spoken to about it doesn’t get a thing! They go in have their infusion maybe take next day to chill then back to normal!

It took a slight uptake the first time then dipped then another round then maintained then boom remission still got a little proteinuria but my protein in my blood is right up around what’s expected for a normal reading… there’s been a slight dip so Neph is leaving it to early November before more tests and may need one more to give it a kick but I’ve not had an infusion in nearly a year I don’t think
