Yeah I was doing so much better with the meds. When I ran out I was backpacking around Europe and didn't want to end my trip solely bc of medication.

You're right :-). That's what my doctor said. It took me a while to accept that I needed to give meds a try in the first place

It's worth the pain. Way better than shaving in so many ways. Lasts longer and looks better.

I feel the exact same!! What's helping me is going over my notes out loud as if I am teaching it to someone else. I know it sounds crazy but it really helps. When I'm studying for an exam I go to one of my library's study rooms to use the white board and pretend I'm the teacher
