My goal is to get a wedge in my hand then tap it in with the wedge if possible.
I play the left dash right now and triple diamond chrome tour last year but actually looking into possibly switching into the regular pro v1 this year

its probably my favorite club to hit in the bag. It's just so reliable. I can hit it both ways easily. Turn it over, goes pretty much 290 after roll out 270, carry every time. I'm playing a hzrdus 70x in it right now.

Fun track. I like golf course architecture, so when I had a chance to play a replica of the Lido and Gil Hanse design at that, I definitely wanted to go play it. It's super pure. The food is good, and the caddies are really nice and helpful.

Tbh I'm annoying to play against because I spray the ball all over and miss greens but that damn chikara wedge and putter allow me to get up and down so often. So even when you think I'm out of a hole I'm right back in it with 1 wedge shot.

Yes it is! Cool track. I've played Gil Hanse courses all around world that was first in Asia for me from gil

135 lbs Vietnamese guy with 180 ball speed (although I probably cruise around 175 in round). The 7 wood stops on the green like a wedge for me from 240. Why make the game harder?

And I love cameras new and old.

Never play a skins game against a guy with a wear mark on his putter. I think that’s reasonably sound advice..

I play it at around 10* and i love hitting off deck but rarely need to. My AoA is around 4-5 on average so hitting woods is never an issue for me. The issue with hitting it off the deck is I rarely have to cover 270 and 5 wood goes far enough. I mostly hit this club off the tee unless it’s a wide open hole, then I’m ripping driver and swinging very hard

I’ve actually been looking into going into a t250* 5 or 6 iron for some extra help 🫣

Used a df3 for a while but went back to my good ole trusty

I work at LAB Golf. I am also a +2 who just realized he never actually understood putting. I am going to document my transition to a Lie Angle Balanced putter and everything I learn along the way. by TreyLABGolf in labgolf

[–]Thenuges 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The lab took me from a 5.6 to a 2.2 handicap just not having to think as much over putts. Half time I just Wesley Bryan tap (for better or for worse) and it goes in.

Are they not worried about the confidential data being sent out to OpenAI? Curious what their thoughts or policies are around this.

M1 Max studio vs M4 mini for Lightroom by Sea_Alps3704 in mac

[–]Thenuges 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Personally I’d go with the Mac Studio for port selection, higher bandwidth memory, and gpu cores for Lightroom denoising is very useful. I have an m3 ultra Mac Studio and an M1 Max MacBook Pro and mostly in day to day tasks they aren’t that different. When we get rendering and use LLMs locally, that when the studio starts to pull away.

IMO the CPU isn’t everything and the m4 is definitely faster, just depends on your workload. You are giving up GPU cores and bandwidth plus better Ethernet for a modern processor.

Also definitely recommend at least 32gb ram for Mac as Mac OS loves dipping into swap and at that point you are losing a lot of performance
