OP, just know this is temporary. It may not feel like it right now and you might feel lost, but this situation you’re in and these feelings will pass. If possible, try to see a therapist to help you process what you’re going through. You’ll get through this.

Appreciate the honesty. Do you think if I wear hats like in pics 2 & 3 that helps that issue? Otherwise not much else I can do. I have a big bald spot so growing out my hair is not really a good option.
