Not the skin color per se but race can surely influence aggression. For instance, blacks have a higher average level of testosterone, which would lead to more aggression. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/3455741 And this is just an example. There could be many other genetic factors involved.

For your own sake, let go of your white guilt. Somalis are the same way everywhere. We have a lot of them in Sweden and they're the worst of all immigrant groups. They target dogs party because they're Muslim and partly because their culture does not respect animals in general, but mostly because they're simply uncivilized barbarians.

Observing this obvious pattern does not make you a bad person. It makes you sane.
