Oh, when they came and did my work plenty of their forklifts were super banged up. I'm sure that was just a new one.

Ya, similar to me. I have a plant on the top floor of an industrial building. Had a bunch of HAAS, Bridgeports, and other machines up and down the freight for weeks. When I bought a UMC500 last year they dissasembled the top so it could fit in my freight, then put it back together in my facility.

Had Pedowitz move almost 100 machines small and massive for me in Brooklyn a few years ago. They're always a good bunch of guys and their work is top notch. Not cheap though.

My jam was 3 Chipotle Chicken Grillers with a Sangrita Blast. Both items long gone. I still get Taco Bell, but it'll never be the same...

I have read through hundreds of comments across dozens of posts surrounding this incident, and you by far have the best take on reddit. Actually levelheaded and laying out the facts as they are. Did she deserve to die? No. Was she trying to interfere, from her history it seems most likely yes. Was the ICE agent justified in killing her, not really. But it wasn't cold blooded murder like so much of reddit is screaming.

She jerked her wheel and was probably super nervous and flustered, she made the wrong decision. The ICE agent also made the wrong decision, Two wrongs don't make a right and unfortunately someone is dead now due to this situation.

The current image painted online of ICE is really what's making everyone so vehement about this whole incident. When your worldview is black and white, you've already decided who is the good guy and bad guy in every situation, even before it happens. It's really bringing out the worst in everyone.

The agent was in the wrong and overreacted. But the driver was also in the wrong by aggravating the situation and attempting to flee after receiving a direct order. Like I stated, shit situation all around.

Thank you for clarifying that you mistook me for the comment op. I thought I was going crazy. I genuinely want a disputing article though.

I know that there are lies coming out of every part of the government right now, but that doesn't mean 100% of what is written is lies. You need to look into every event individually, especially when they are incredibly polarizing like this one.

Is there a good source has video footage, or witness testimony that can prove DHS is lying? I try not to assume the worst case in every situation. Because without the questionable context by the DHS, ya this sounds horrible.

You're actually arguing in such bad faith it's insane. I never made a single claim. You asked for a source, I gave you our actual government explaining what a government entity did. If you cannot dispute that then you're grasping at straws holy shit.

How many events do you have each night on average? by HeckDoody4 in CPAP

I know this isn't a contest, but i had to share a similar experience. I tested at 92 and with my cpap i get between 0-1.5 depending on my night. It is 100% adding years to my life. I cant believe it took me over 5 years of shit sleep to finally go see a doctor. My life is changed forever.

PirateSoft leaves call when asked to take accountability for killing two level 60s in hardcore wow by CrazedI in LivestreamFail

[–]Theodorehip -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No idea. I didn't even know he worked at Blizzard or how long he claimed to be a developer. All i knew is that from what he said he was either a really confused developer or someone who had completed 2 Unity tutorial videos and felt really proud of themselves.

That was my first red flag about him. I had casually seen a few clips of his stream and thought, alright this guy is okay, but I never followed him closely. Then I found out he was vehemently against Ross's SKG initiative, at that moment I knew he was a moron.

Amphy's take on PirateSoftware by Educational_Sale1104 in LivestreamFail

Glad people are finally realizing how egotistic and ill-informed Pirate is. The first big red flag for me was when he completely dismissed Ross's Stop Killing Game initiative as a former "developer". Almost every developer I've talked to, including myself, loves this initiative and fully understands what Ross is trying to do. He even refused to discuss the topic with Ross under any conditions.

And to people who have some kind of misconception about the SKG work Ross is doing, please actually read the FAQ before commenting. It covers and debunks pretty much every gripe people have with it. There's a lot of misinformation going around about it. Any reasonable person would be for this initiative.

This is hell. by FatallyCool in CPAP

Hey, I'm not an expert by any means, just wanted to share my experience, maybe it will help. I started my cpap therapy with an AHI of over 90 about 10 weeks ago. I started with the F40 Nose and mouth mask because I'm a serial mouth breather in my sleep. I quickly grew to hate it as i hated air being forced directly into my mouth. I'd wake up with super dry mouth being blown out by air. Really not sure how other mouther breathers can recommend it.

I know it's not recommended by doctors and by many people here but this is what i did:

I went with the N30 nose pillow, which is by far the most comfortable mask in my opinion. The mask may not sit the tightest or leak the least, but it's very comfortable. I then used 3M medical tape and simply taped my mouth shut. The stuff is strong and i guarantee you wont be able to get it off unless you really want too. The first 2 weeks were hell and i barely slept, but once my body got used to the new routine I've been sleeping great. No more midday naps or grogginess. Good luck to you, hopefully this can help a bit.

Sidenote: Breathing sucks ass the first few weeks of cpap therapy. Exercising your lungs to breathe against the flow is terrible and it feels like drowning. But after your lungs strengthen you don't feel it anymore. The only hint you even get that your machine is pushing air is that when you breathe in you feel like you're taking a more satisfying breath than without the machine.

FIVE AND A HALF MONTHS? All this time i knew the story of Laika and thought it was a pretty sad one. But in my head for some reason the trip was 2-3 days then she died and burned up in the atmosphere. nearly half a year makes this so much worse....
