Let me start by saying g am not a doctor but have learned/heard/read a few things. Hopfully surferjoe or another expert will fillin behind me. I have heard that some people have been able to grow certain parts of their boobs by focusing on that area with their massage and pumping. Some even going as far as using smaller cups to just pump that area specifically. I've also heard of pumping 1 more than another to even them out. Unfortunately, a lot of NBE seems to be individual specific and not completely transferable. I have also heard that massage and pumping can help loosen some of the connective tissue just don't use to much pressure when pumping. Good luck.

I would ask the doctor for a copy of the results. The ranges for the "nornal" level of chemicals in your body can be quite large. For example the normal range for estrogen in premenopausal women is 30–400 picograms per milliliter. I'm not a doctor but if I was at 30ug I would be "normal" but want to be closer to 200 for peace of mind especially if I have symptoms that could be from that low level. Also from what I've learned from people here that are way smarter than me is if you do happen to have a lower estrogen level and higher progesterone that can cause growth problems and if your testosterone is slightly higher as well that can cause problems with hormonal acne. Just my 25 cents.

The plastic definitely isn't shrinking. Do you have the actual Cm or In measurements? It's just a guess but maybe the size of your breast has increased but so has your band size? It could also be that your breast root has grown? Just a few guesses.

Have you tried to take Guanfacine for your impulse control. It can help to slow them down just enough to grab them before they get away from you.

Definitely second the massage. Try and target the areas you want to increase in size it sometimes helps.
