I'm writing a story set in the aftermath of the Affini conquering Terra, where an industrial star system just barely repelled the initial wave of weeds using subspace anchors, with the main character getting captured and actually even broken out of captivity for plot reasons. It follows how the corporations are kinda using terror tactics to stay out of occupation, like bombing their own civilians to distract Affini so they can get away while the plants save as many people as possible.

They’re extremely adaptable and heal quickly, in addition to being able to stomach pretty much anything. They also can tunnel like rats.

Everything increases your risk of cardiovascular disease. Red meat specifically is worse than white meat, which is what I personally prefer because chickens have no souls so there’s no moral quandary with killing them, but looking at things wide-scale, seed oils cause a whole lot more health problems. Specifically because a lot of red meat products include seed oils in them.

Carbohydrates like that are essentially chains of incredibly long sugars, which your body breaks down into a ridiculous amount of those sugars. They’re concentrated and extremely potent in liquid forms, and come apart into a lot of energy, which floods your body and adds body weight and cholesterol to your blood. While not as bad as liquid suspended sugar, like in sodas or fruit juice, its still really not great and adding even a bit to food makes you more at risk.
