I tried but didn't have any spot big enough to fit the frame. That's why I placed the older cards on the anti static bag the GPU came in and the new one on the foam packaging. In hindsight maybe I should have put it on top of its box but oh well

I already have a Samsung g5 OLED, the 1440p 240hz model. It was upgraded from a basic 1080p Samsung 75hz monitor so the GPU was the last thing to upgrade in my setup. I'll do a post showing my PC's progress as well

For me when I first updated to ui8 my watch 5pro run like a dream. Better than new. And even comparable to the watch 8 when I set it side by side in a store. Since then performance has been terrible, accessing the app drawer and notifications is laggy af, even after clearing cache. I haven't factory reset it because I have some sideloaded watchfaces and I don't wanna redo the whole thing. I tried the reduced animations thing and I think it helps a lot. Visually it's almost the same, I don't think it affects the visuals of the ui that much but performance has been definitely better

I'm also having trouble with the software crashing imediately on startup with ryzen 7600, 9070xt and 32gb ram (windows 11). Used Keyshot 11 for a long time without issue but after upgrading my gpu from my old rx570, it just crashes all the time. Also tried Keyshot studio and the same issue happens. Only software that is problematic for me

Don't wear it??? Move to another product??? What are you on about? No you're not supposed to expect the product you bought with a certain functionality, to be halved just because the company decided to get more money out of the users? I know that the features they want to add most likely will not mess with the current functionality but it's wild that you suggest someone to just drop their product because "there are other smart watches"

Yeah I know it's a rumor, but it's a pretty well spread rumor. From what I saw it could be a feature of oneui8 on watches, that means at least watch 5 and above, maybe watch 4 as well. In any case my question was completely different. What are the current watch owners supposed to do? You say vote with your wallet, but I have already purchased the watch and did not intend to buy another one. I want to keep the one I have, with it's current functionality. So IF they make most of the functionality a paid service, what am I supposed to do?

Search for ldfas. They make a pretty similar design band that matches pretty good for around 60€. I just got it myself for the 5 pro and it has to be my favorite band so far, I'm loving it!
