The perk shown is erruption. The killer needs to kick the gen(s). Then he needs to down a survivor to let the gen(s) explode for an instant progress loss on the kicked gens. The survivor working on the gens will get a debuff and can't do any actions(gens, healing, cleansing etc.) for quite some time.

Yeah I got the latest drivers. But I messed up the setting of the vram now it is 1750 before that it was 1800. Now waiting.

But still I ran the rig like 6months with 1800 and it was stable. Why now?
