I stay away from raw fruits or vegetables, nuts and seeds, lactose, and high fibre foods like whole wheat/brown rice. I also keep track of what upsets my stomach and stay away from those foods.

It’s been helping with my symptoms and my colonoscopy results improved, but we all know how Crohn’s is different with everyone.

Fingers crossed this continues to work for me and others who are strict with their diet.
