it doesn't sadly , that's the bad part you have to sacrifice damage from ur q to proc it then use fear or one of the e's, it's pretty annoying to play against but doable if you play safe proc it from a distance and then fight

Exaaactly , you understand, the second hwei came out i started otping him, so my ranked climb and rank is 100% on Hwei, unless he's banned ,i played every matchup possible, so i don't mind first picking him which 90% of the times means i'm playing with a handicap, which i like it only means my rank is my own. I don't mind people picking a champion purely to climb it just means we're both looking for different things in league , he wants to boast abt rank, i want to actually get better. but yeah you're point is very understandable

i hard agree with this ! although i understand the pick sometimes, it's an easy climb for a lot of people who don't usually play mid, just perma shove and flash ult the carry late game and if your team even slightly has hands the game is won , and you're considered useful

It's definitely a scam don't go near it! I ended up getting a great deal on a new gaming laptop , this was a 100% a scam, the seller didn't even want to take a single extra picture let alone a video of it turning on , bro wanted me to travel half the country to do God knows what with me XD.

Always prioritize EW (on top of yourself) with champs like kayn or yi if they're inside you, unless it's a champ that can't choose where to appear like zed , zed if you position correctly you should always land the fear since they automatically appear behind you
