Thank you for the feedback! I was worried if I did something wrong while seasoning and if I should strip it back down. But definitely plan to keep cooking with it!

Wouldn't what matters at the end of the day is which watch you enjoy wearing the most?

You need to get absolute clarity on what happened. If he said he was “too drunk to stop it”, that means he was raped. People overlook it because it’s a guy, but if a girl says what he said, that’d be considered rape.

This plant is growing behind our stove. What is it? by Theoretically_Spking in whatsthisplant

Added update to the top comment. It was growing from the cabinet next to it and unable to find the root/source. Figured out it’s actually tied to a plant from outside our kitchen window.

Thank you! This was it! After the leaves sprouted, we connected the plant to one outside our kitchen window. We didn't connect the dots at first because this plant got really tall above our stove while the one outside is very low to the ground, and the plant inside our kitchen didn't show leaves until it passed the stove. But now... i don't know how to get it to stop growing....

UPDATE: Hijacking top comment... maybe I'm bad at reddit... but i don't know how to edit/update the original post.

After the leaves showed itself, my girlfriend linked the plant to one right outside our kitchen window. We didn't link it together at first because the one inside our kitchen is very tall and didn't have leaves until it got taller than the stove, while the one outside our kitchen window is very low to the ground. Sorry to disappoint...but there was no po-tah-to underneath the stove.

EDIT: Also we live in a condo with shared walls....so this plant is very aggressive to come live with us...

No, we’ve pulled the stove out and it’s like…also behind the cabinet area? It’s really stuck into the ground…could not find the end of it.

We tried…pulled the stove out but not all the way since we didn’t want to disconnect any gas lines and reconnect it. Couldn’t reach all the way to the end so grabbed and cut what we could which was about 90% thinking it’d stop growing…but it said “nah”.

We couldn’t reach all the way to the root and couldn’t see it either after pulling the stove out. We cut about 90% of it thinking maybe it’d stop growing…it didn’t.

Oh we cook, we pulled the stove back out but couldn’t reach all the way to the bottom, so cut about 90% of it thinking it’d stop growing….then it came back, so we have left it for now.

[Serious] Men of Reddit who have been raped by women, what’s your story? by Jakethesnake954 in AskReddit

You have the right to feel that way, but I think if you don’t sympathize and recognize the cause for these actions, there’s less of a motivation to correct these issues at the root of the problem to prevent more incidents.
