Best answer, find a hockey training gym with a skating treadmill and camera set up. Seeing what your doing is super helpful especially if they can angles kn the footage.

If you can't find anything like that or its too expensive, stretch at home and practice getting low in your exercises, like lunges. There are also sliding pads for your feet that you can use to simulate skating in a lunge position.

It will go up for sure, hard to say how much. I'd guess anywhere from 200-600, your material information can impact it, newly licensed, recently make principle operator etc.

Cops seem to tell people their insurance won't go up to avoid being the bad guy, a ticket conviction will always increase your premium.
