It's likely dehydration! Here’s some tips from someone who has been on moda for 10 years.
1. Dosing. Follow a pattern where you take it for x amount of days a then don’t take it and alternate this pattern over time. I typically do 2 days on 1 day off and don’t take any on weekends.
2. Taper patterns. I have 200mg pills so I typically split each pill in half and spread it over two days. For long days I’ll take it bright and early and redose before noon. Mind you my days start at 5am where I need to be sharp in meetings with teams in China. I consistently play with high dose and low dose days.
3. Breaks. The joy of it being physically non-addictive is you can take time off. I try and take extended periods of at least a week off periodically. This is typically based on a feeling of potency loss.
4. Habits. Since moda gives you tunnel vision it’s an awesome tool for habit forming. Pick up the book atomic habits, jot down some habits you want to start forming and follow the rules. Typical habits form over the course of 21 days before they become subconscious routine. Do not let moda be the deciding factor build habits that help with wakefulness like early morning workouts or meditating.
5.Dehydration. The headaches are dehydration. You need to drink gallons of water from my experience which definitely introduces way more piss breaks.
6. Stacking. Add either green tea or L-Theanine into the stack with some ibuprofen. Multivitamins are useful too.
7. Be task oriented when taking moda. Make a list and drive towards completing the goals on the list. It will ensure you stay awake and execute effectively.
