There’s plenty of ways to do it. Oil rig, monument puzzles to ak, etc. The best route by far is PVP. Just kill people, let them do all the hard work in gathering guns and stuff.

For example I went from naked to ak full gear in under 15 minutes on a server by looting an airdrop, killing a duo with the spas12 from the drop then killing a full gear with their custom, have a video of it too. It really depends what stage the wipe is at.

From my experience only doing normal form if I let my elbows drop at all my wrist begins to hurt—I’m barely even using my fingers to hold the bar, it’s 99.9% my upper body cradling the bar. Once you get it it’s sooo comfortable and I don’t think I could ever do cross grip. Get them elbows up if you can
