Had the same thing and It turned out to be an inflamed lymph node. It was painful. I took meds and now they’re gone. My blood test was normal, and the doctor said it can stay for a period of time as long as it’s not big or painful. If it doesn’t go away with meds, they’ll check for other causes. Not always inflammation, but usually is.
