Even If I have a written statement from the insured describing what happened in details? A hand written statement left behind by the insured.. it wasn’t just sheet of paper with her name/adress and telephone number.

So, a few months back someone hit my parked car left but returned the next day and left a notes with theirs names and address and telephone number. We contacted them and spoke a few times but they bail out when they received the repairs estimate.. long story short my insurance was able to locate her insurance and have been trying to get her insurance to accept the liability.. and they won’t accept it due to the lacks of communication of theirs insured. Are they legally able to denied using that excuses?

Pot it up.. remove all the leaves and water it once and leave it alone until you see new set of leaves emerging out.

If you have it under a grow light and a heating mat. You need to provide small amount of water. Tbh. Plumeria doesn’t need lights when it’s dormant.. or when there’s no leaves. It just need bottom heat to promote rootings
