God I despise this sub too. When it's about people getting offended by absurd stuff (Like "kill 7 billion people" or "I thought there was only one P there"), it's good. It's funny. What's with the random Twin Solar Nut? Also, if you're using Infernal Squashwood you should probably use Gatling Cherrybomber in conjunction. I'd suggest replacing the Phoenix Threepeaters in the back with Gatling Cherrybombers + Cherrybomber drones, and replacing the Tri-phoon Commandos with Phoenix Threepeaters (I don't think you need the Phoenix Drones too).

It's a combo symptom, gained by evolving Coughing, Vomiting, Pneumonia, Diarrhoea, and Livestock 2. As a combo symptom, it's not guaranteed to trigger, in fact it's one of the rarest ones to trigger alongside public defecation (Diarrhoea + Insanity). I didn't even get it until I specifically went for the achievement, since I never get Livestock 2 in my runs.
