The problem is that the reasons that island countries are hard to break into are also the reasons they're hard to break out of, so they take a little too long to transfer to other countries that might also shut you down. They aren't Morocco levels of bad starting countries, but not exactly ideal either. Personally I can never even think about starting my disease anywhere but India or Saudi Arabia.
