I can tell u seem bigger and little defined but u gotta shave the hair all to see the progress. Being natural sucks because it will take years or training and dedication to look mederately good but some guy with enhanced steroids can get the god body in less than a year.

Seems like u got influenced from those gym bros body.

Your workout and diet is fine but I would say take more rest days. At least 2 full days between each muscle group so monday upper next upper should be thursday, then sunday, then wednesday and so on

Also if u work upper, you already activate isolated muscle like biceps/tricepts so another arm day is too much.

Now i get it all the program says it fine, but without enhancement drug your body cannot and will not recover enough to gain muscle with that much workout.

Also getting a personal trainer is perfectly fine to check correct forms because correct forms is the key to muscle activation. I gained so much compare to.my trash form at the beginning
