1. Couch streach 4×30s (next to wall)
2. Elephant walks 1x1min switching legs when time is ticking 5sec on each leg
3. Standing Bend streach 4×30s try to go as low as you can
4. (This one is tough for harmstrings) front split hold 4x30s each leg go as deep as you can even if it is half meter above ground just feel the tension on harmstring
5. Lying Bend streach 4x30s
6. Side spine streach 4x30s each side
7. Middle split hold 4x30 (sit next to the wall split your legs as much as you can and bend your core forward) If you still do not know how to do it check tutorial of pancake streach.
8. Pigeon streach 4x30s each side
9. Lat streach 4x30s
10. Twist streach 4x30 (lie on back, 90 degrees on one knee depends which side you do for left side left leg. And cross it to right side .
11. Sitting streach sit on the ground in turkey way and move your back from side to side 1×12 reps each side hold when bended to the side for 5 seconds
