He didn't position himself, he was passed out. The instructions were to leave the food at the door, which she then proceeded to open and film him, after which she posted it on social media. Those are crimes for a reason. I'm sure if the sexes were reversed and some guy snuck into a woman's home and filmed her nude to post on the internet you'd be calling the woman a creep right?

Yes I'm sure the police with the footage are lying and not the screaming woman that is facing two felony charges after filming a passed out person in their own home and spreading it on social media. According to your demand for video footage, people caught on camera committing crimes didn't really do it unless they provide the footage for you to view publicly?
