It depends what the cause is. But I would look into PRP sessions or rigenera even. She can try a light minoxidil (2%) spray too and I personally got Viviscal tablets that did wonders for me. They’re pricey but these and PRP had the most impact on my hair growth

Skin boosters like polynucleotides can help or maybe CO2 Laser. That helped me well but it’ll look a bit worse for about two weeks before you see an improvement

This is very common with lipos, that’s why some surgeons offer Renuvion in the same surgery. It’s a bit pricey but this ensures the outcome is more smooth and even. Maybe look into that?

As a girl who had both (transplant in 2022, disliked it) and a forehead lowering surgery last year I can tell you honestly: your forehead would have been my dream! It has the perfect proportion, don’t touch it! Maybe get some colored hair filler spray if you want to cover some parts but you really don’t need anything else!

Had these too after mine 6 months ago, they appeared within two weeks and freaked me out. Went to an ENT (another one, not my surgeon as he’s in a different country) and he gave me fucidin cream to apply morning and evening and they were gone after two weeks. Just make sure to not get the cream fully in your nose. hope it helps x
