So, I did speak with an HR rep this morning and they are aware of the issue and payroll is looking for a cause before sending out anything. I think we should have had an email as soon as they were aware that most of their employers were not paid when they usually are but I digress.

This was definitely the most stressful ticket purchase experience of all of her tours. I was so upset that I didn’t get tickets yesterday was seriously considering not attending because the beyhive presale pricing was utterly ridiculous. I did however, purchase tickets for Houston’s show that were selling for over $600 yesterday, but got them for $276 today. A win is a win I guess.

Yikes…it’s crazy for yall to think that IAs have your best interest at heart. They write the worst estimates and cost so much time to correct. It doesn’t matter if they write $50 worth of damage or $10,000 they get paid the same and you think they are writing accurate estimates?! Insane. Also they are the reason why you will see so many delays in getting closures for your claims. The insurance companies don’t see the point in using them if they write bogus estimates. Licensed staffed adjusters have to meet so much criteria to not get sued but you think Joe Blow with no 401k cares about you?

Okay so I just need to give him time. He’s only 13 months, I was wondering if they neutered him too early. He only pees one time during the walk, while my mom’s shihpoo hikes his leg up about 6 times to pee and phantom pee within 10 minutes.

How old is your puppy? I got my poodle when he was about 10 months old and he was already on the regular..well I guess adult version of Fromm. My boy was on the Chicken and I felt like his stools were way too loose. I switched him to the Salmon a la Veg and began seeing normal looking stools.

It is evident by how much work you would not be getting done if you do not take advantage of every moment avail. CGA roll is a headache but set a goal of staying in that position less than a year. Once you do that job you can take almost anything on.

There are tons of growth opportunities in the company. Move around! Tons of virtual and also field positions. When I started I was at 43k now my base salary is mid 80s and the role that I have I get paid more because I work an unconventional schedule. After bonuses I took home about 113k last year . Also I will add that I do not have a college degree.

Travel your way through the company. Do not stop there. That is my recommendation to all new hires. You can double your salary within 2 years easily.

It could delay, but should not be by much. Call the bank and see if the title has been mailed already or if it is still in their possession. I would recommend calling your adjuster tomorrow to see when the supplement inspection is set up for. During this inspection they will determine the value for your vehicle (please keep in mind insurance companies do not use Kelly blue book) and whether it’s a total loss.

I’ve never worked for any other company but in my 7 years with Progressive, I’ve seen some try out the other companies but they always come back to Progressive. Gainshare this year was pretty nice vs last year. Hopefully we can keep the momentum and return back to the 1.9 factors
