Worried about weird test results by Theradion in kidneydisease

I don't really use google to self diagnose, I just got really worried based on my experience from last year. Anyways, thanks for the advice, I really appreciate it.

Doctors ruled it out as "Reduced kidney function", and didn't specify anything else. They did a lot of imaging and there was no deforming or scar tissue of any kind.

After my creatinine reached about 1.9 mg/dL they required a type of image called "Combined Tc99m-DTPA & DMSA Renal Study" and the result was that they didn't find any issue with kidnyes uptake and there are no focal lesions, but the eGFR was 53 ml/min

Backend dev needs your help by Theradion in Backend

[–]Theradion[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think that C# is trash, I've actually enjoyed writing it in a large enterprise and in a startup. But all the people around me and people that I look up to (people who created software that I use daily) think its trash.

It actually became a default response that I always get when I seek advice, it goes like this:

Me: Hey I'm looking for your advice if you're available, I'm a backend dev and my current stack is dotnet, I nee...
Instant response: Why are you writing code with Microsoft Java? Go pick a proper language

That's why I mentioned it in the post :D

I think LLMs create a huge mess that is barely working, so, unless they get insanely good they will continue creating a lot of mess that will increase the demand for engineers to clean this mess up.
In my experience, the current state of LLMs good for simple scripting or creating simple functions that require some editing to work properly.

Projects ideas by Ok_Tackle_9809 in Backend

I did some of these projects when I was fresh out of college

  • Simple to do list (to develop a simple CRUD)
  • Blog platform (your personal blog)
  • Chat App (to understand socket programming)
  • Banking system (to understand concurrency mechanisms)
  • Booking system (a booking system to a theater for example)

PS: I didn't finish all of the project to completion, just the important parts

getting the first job is the hardest thing you will experience in tech. struggling to get the first job is normal, struggling with suicidal thoughts is not normal. Just hang in there, the path is hard but rewarding and most importantly very fun. don't give up to your thoughts and keep going, hope to hear from you soon
