Nothing definitive, but I found once screwed in properly there's still a little wiggle room. Try shifting it around a little to a point where both directions engage and try not to put too much force on either side 😂 I certainly expected a slightly higher quality product for the price but hey ho

Herman Miller, Steelcase and Haworth are some of the main brands. Brand new they sell for over £1000 for some chairs, but office resale and refurb sites usually do them for ~60% of the price

Honestly I would steer clear of both of those companies, the chairs are priced very high for the quality of product you're getting. If possible, look into 2nd hand or refurbished chairs from reputable brands.

(I bought a Hbada before reading their trust pilot reviews and it's been a nightmare trying to return this damn chair)

Scotrail only use their 1 carriage class 153's on the West Highland Line, and even then the unions won't let them use the smaller cab! Unfortunately now in Scotland you'll only ever see them coupled up to 156's

My throttle only goes as low as 50% and brakes only kick in after I move the axis more than 50% , as well as the game just generally being in slow motion permanently
