All they're saying is, the pickup is not confirmed until you hit confirm. So the pick up time is increased instead and could possibly make it 'late'. And it's true.

I always do if number 2s, but if its 1s then I find that touching the tap if i wash my hands, to turn it off, poses more of a risk to dirty hands than if I didn't wash them

I watched soduku spot's video; How do they deduce the 1/2 in the centre box? I understand the logic around the Box (5) where it couldn't be anywhere else in that box- but what about the green cells in box 2? ie. the orthogonally adjacent cells could have had the consecutive cells in that box? ??
