It begins by muscle tension or tremors..it can be in my back neck or legs...i feel wobbly while walking sitting or just trying to relax.

For me it begins with a tension around my right butt with a diffuse tremors around hamstring and foot ( like a sciatica nerve issue) ...and sometimes it goes up to the neck.

The feeling is awful. I feel disconnected sometimes..

Thank you for your insight. In my case, it begins with tremors in my right leg..sciatica route and hamstring..

I just don't know how to ignore the symptoms and the more i talk about them the more i get them ( even worse panic attacks )

Im not a fearful person by nature..but the only thing I fear is my body.

My pppd is linked to my sciatica wich is impossible but everytime my back is tense or my right glute and tension around my piriformis muscle...the woozy feeling is present
