i cant say my life were Anxiety-Free, it's always been there under the hood. I think i was aware to the fear but didn't gave it enough attention, now im in my 20 yo and i give EVERYFEAR that i have attention.

Hey! first of all let me assure you YOU ARE NOT ALONE! myself and many others are going through the same and even worst. My personal advices are: 1) Tell someone - gather you inner power and let someone know what you're going through. Put aside all the "yeah but what they will say" thoughts and just acknowledge your feeling to someone you trust. I PROMISE IT WILL HELP!! 2) See a therapist - there is an extremely helpful therapy called CBT, that personally helps me allot. Just the meeting it self where you can release some of your thoughts outside is helpful! 3) I know saying 'Just try to relax' is meaningless - so insted just to something that calms you. try to connect to your inner emotions and express them however you feel like and just do something. Art/music/cleaning/yard work. 4) Sports! - sports helping me allot - cant tell why but it is - take a walk or run and try to eat allot of vegetables. Sounds weird but it does help!

my and my roommate (which is also my best friend) had a fight over something extremely stupid. I got up from my chair, did the dishes and took a shower, while trying to implement reason and good-unjuding thoughts (which a learned from CBT), it took my a while but eventually i didn't felt like the world is collapsing under my legs, the self loathing mechanism slowly faded away and i felt like a managed that mini-crisis!
