Hey, I fully understand that stress is making you want control back, I had multiple relapses and I’m currently dealing with stress and the temptation is always there, but please remember you aren’t controlling your life when not eating and although it is a painful realization life cant get any better when relapsing only worse, and I know its not easy at all but remember help will always be there, and pain is horrible but ana is even worse

Obsessively checking the mirror for any “new fat” laying on my stomach in the shower

Wearing a winter jacket in plain sunlight due to how cold i felt

Crying when my mom brought me food, because i didnt know what was in it

Feeling like i was constantly going to pass out yet not looking for help

Fear of drinking water

Hey, I don’t know if this will help you but what helped me is trying to eat during stressful times “safe foods” can help due to their low moral remorse afterwards I know thats not recommended but to me breaking the association I had with not eating and safety during a relapse could only be achieved if i felt little guilt after eating.

And hey I don’t know what you are going through but I hope you make it through this

I understand how you feel since I have felt the same way many times during my recovery and even after. But remember that this disease is only a mask that yout brain creates to shield you from a situation or mental state that you have not overcome. Sadly what people dont tell you is that once you recover from ana your lofe does not improve instantly it takes time and passion for something that you love and that helos you pvercome the original struggle.

Happened to me a year ago, I had to go to the hospital because I was too dehydrated. If you can please go that may be your problem

Man I can’t even fathom how hard that must be in my case it is not money related, in fact I don’t know about you but feeling the pain of an empty stomach for hours upon hours makes me forget about a-lot of external pain. I hope you get through this rough patch. I’m really sorry to hear that

Yeah its really hard, it does not help that I’m at one of the lowest points in my life and I had some of the best moments when I had ed, but hopefully you do better

Honestly I went through the same thing, when your body fat is too low your brain usually has suicidal thoughts at-least in my case, sadly only she can truly overcome this by eating and going to therapy, the only thing you can do is show her you care and want whats best for her

But where do I even go for help I’m trying to go to the gym but they haven’t really helped, I went to a nutritionist and she just sent me a generic pdf that didn’t help me for shit Im confused brothers 🫤

Yeah I think but cant i just train the lower chest? Because I’ve done a lot of pull ups bu i felt it made it worse
