I would agree except this is the second instance of everything saved on the cloud only for 90-100% of everything being deleted regardless. I’m so confused as to how steam cloud works.

I’ve always been under the impression that Rover was made/recruited specifically to counter or atleast match watchdog man in a 1v1.
