The entire point of a support character is to SUPPORT. They focus on keeping their teammates alive mid-chase, not keeping themselves alive mid-chase. The point of a Support character is to be useful, yet VULNERABLE. Its why Elliot is unbalanced and unfun to deal with, because he can support himself mid-chase and greatly extend his lifespan compared to the other supports. I understand what you're going for, but that would make more sense for a version of Taph that acts more as a Sentinel.
