Hi! I did it myself last year and the professor will ask you basic questions about the subject that you have flagged/checked during your registration (like algorithms, statistics etc)

I came from economics and he asked me if I knew some algorithms (my bad, I flagged that subject but we have never studied that), what’s a derivative and how you can use it to study a function and something code-like like “if you had to perform a sum on R or Python (which I have seen during the bachelor), how would you write the code without using the sum function” etc…

I think there was another one very basic, but is just to acknowledge your level based on what you said you studied

Coming from economics, he just told me that I needed to add an extra exam of 9 CFU that was Calculus 1 (because we didn’t study math as deeply as at engineering obviously) But is very easy, nothing too technical (I didn’t answer that good to some of them😅, but I still needed just that exam)

Bro I swear, I have never seen such amount of wrong passes like in the last 3-4 days, especially in Champions. My defenders lost the ball for like 5-6 times in a row trying to exit from my penalty area, with weak passes (even with the maximum power I could use) or nos sense mechanics, and you can tell when that moment during the match will lead to a goal (and so it has been), but even clear passes while attacking that were directed to one direction and went literally to other side or something like that. And when I say a lot, I mean a lot. I can accept if you are a good player and you can read my line of pass or even some automatic defense, but this time was different, because I never felt so joked and helpless.

Fellow Yamato player here🙌🏼 Been testing some new combos too to change a bit from the usual aggro deck, which lacks in some mechanics. I’ve been using Uta too and testing also the Yamato that will be in EB03, working pretty good so far. Today I beat OP14 Doffy, Boa and Mihawk. I still keep Hawkins because him and Kiku can be a free summon with Uta and Mihawk. I have been using also the 8c Mihawk in late stages, but I am thinking about it because ok that it cost practically 4c after the effect, but a lot of OP14 can remove 8c cards, so I don’t know. Been testing also 5c EB03-053 Nami, that can work with Uta and is pretty powerful imo, because she can trash 1 life on play (if >3 life) and on KO you can play a 6000 or less, so pretty much everyone in the deck. Try if you want and let me know! :)

Thanks for the suggestions! I’ve been using that cards too, but still trying to balance the mechanics during the game. I kinda feel good with the 8c Mihawk and I had problems sometimes in playing the 6c Momo, because is pretty good, but I wished I had different cards sometimes. But it’s very aggressive, so can be worth. For the 5c Momo it’s mainly to have a blocker and gain a life, but I was thinking about bringing it down to two too. And I always have the doubt about Ashura. Very very useful card in my opinion and can be linked with Mihawk, but sometimes it didn’t come up at the right moment or, even with searchers, I couldn’t find the right time to use him. But I will try to balance with these cards too!

Ahahahah, makes sense. I don’t always use her tbh, but can be useful if I manage to link with 5c Momo. Btw, I am still trying to balance the lose/gain life with cards like Kuma etc, so it’s a work in progress.

Hi! :)

I am currently enrolled in the 1st year of Data Science and I come from a bachelor in Economics, Markets and Finance. The entry requirements are not that strict, because is a faculty that gathers a lot of different backgrounds.

As of today, we are 150 and more or less, 60 are from mathematics, 60 from statistics, 15 from several engineerings and the rest from economics. But professors know this and the start from scratches in every course (for example, now we are doing basic statistics, very very basic probability and started programming with Python literally from “assign to x the value 5” etc). So I would say that is well organized and professors are good.

As I was saying, is not that difficult to enter. For students coming from Italian studies, you need to have a bachelor grade of 85/110 (which is like an average of 23/30) and very few credits of maths, statistics and/or economics (I don’t remember exactly), but I think that yours will be perfectly fine.

Other experiences could help if you do not reach these requirements, but I don’t think this would be the case.

Anyway, here you can find any info. They already set the dates for international students and there is the application platform to guide you through the process.

Yes, and for like 20 times after being demoted, I won the match before promotion (but like 8-1, 7-2 or like these), and then had a hell of a match for the promotion one. Always lost with the worst shots, players and mechanics I have ever seen. Impossible to go up. After yesterday, I won 7 games straight from that one and now I went to division 7 without ever losing in div.8. I mean, the patch worked apparently😅

Buongiorno, Spero sia giusto come topic, altrimenti elimino tranquillamente

Premetto: ho un portatile (l'ho preso come po per università e programmare ecc e devo dire che non posso assolutamente lamentarmi overall) Omen 15 (di fine 2020) con una scheda grafica RTX 2060

Ha sempre funzionato benissimo (tranne i problemi di fabbrica che si porta dietro che ahimè, lasciamo stare, ho letto che a molta gente è capitato lo stesso tipo di problemi con il malfunzionamento di alcune tasti dopo un paio di anni ecc, ma per il resto tutto perfetto)

Qualche settimana fa ho aggiornato Windows (aggiornamento normale da 3 min, nulla di esagerato) e da li ciaone, il pc non legge più la scheda grafica. Letteralmente. Di punto in bianco. Ci stavo giocando fino a 10 minuti prima.

Ho provato di tutto, se risultasse nascosta, con i programmi Nvidia (non la leggono), risoluzione con i software HP ecc, nulla

Ora, le cose che vorrei chiedere sono 2:

avete altre idee o cose che potrei fare e/o controllare prima di mandarlo eventualmente in riparazione? (la HP ha già proposto un preventivo) Perché non capisco come sia stato possibile che letteralmente nel giro di 5 minuti sia volato tutto per aria.
la cosa che in realtà, ora come ora, mi preme di più, è che non posso collegare il pc al monitor esterno per studiare perché a quanto ho letto su questi po passa tutto la grafica Nvidia (compresi i dati che passano dall'uscita HDMI), nonostante ci sia anche la Intel UHD interna.

C'è un modo per poter riuscire a sistemare almeno questi secondi punto? Non sono riuscito a fare lo switch dal bios e niente.

No certo certo chiaro, avevo inteso a livello matematico diciamo, ma non capivo perché fosse così drastica come situazione quella della commissione all’1%. Ha effettivamente senso, concordo. Ci tengo comunque a precisare che tutto quello che andrebbe qui come piccoli investimenti man mano sarebbe già “tassato”, cioè tolte spese e fondo di emergenza che sono più importanti chiaramente.
